HOW TO APPLY:
1. Clean the area-receiving tattoo or laser treatment thoroughly with rubbing alcohol and a cotton ball. Rub the area hard for dead skin to come off. Dry the area completely.
2. Apply a 2~3mm thickness of cream to the area thoroughly.
3. Cover the area with plastic wrap for 50 minutes before the procedure.
4. Leave the plastic wrap on until the professional before the procedure removes it.
 
The skin will achieve deep anesthesia for up to 2-3 hours once the plastic wrap is removed, depending on skin type and location on the body.
