TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to www.anabrowsmaker.com and to all services, appointments, training courses, gift cards, and products offered by Campos Beauty Services LLC, doing business as Anabrowsmaker ("Anabrowsmaker," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing a course or product, you agree to these Terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old to receive permanent makeup services or enroll in our training courses. We may ask for a valid photo ID.

2. CONSULTATION, HEALTH, AND CONSENT

Before any procedure, you will complete a client intake and consent form. You agree to provide complete and truthful information about your health, medications, allergies, skin conditions, and prior cosmetic treatments. We may decline or reschedule a service if, in our professional judgment, it is not safe or suitable for you. Permanent makeup may not be recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or with certain medical conditions; please ask your doctor if you are unsure.

3. BOOKINGS AND DEPOSITS

A deposit of 30% of the service price is required to secure your appointment. After you book online, we will contact you directly to review your case personally and to collect your deposit. Your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received. The deposit is applied to the total price of your service.

4. CANCELLATION, LATE ARRIVAL, AND NO-SHOW POLICY

- Rescheduling: You may change the date of your appointment if you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Your deposit will be applied to your new date.
- Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable.
- Late changes and no-shows: Changes requested with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, will lose their deposit.
- Late arrival: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to take you, and the appointment will be considered a no-show.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed on our website and may change without notice. The price confirmed at booking applies to that appointment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Financing is available through third-party providers (such as Cherry, Affirm, Afterpay, and Klarna), subject to their own approval and terms.

6. RESULTS AND TOUCH-UPS

Permanent makeup results vary from person to person depending on skin type, age, lifestyle, sun exposure, healing, and aftercare. Color may look darker right after the procedure and soften during healing. We cannot guarantee identical results for every client. Following the aftercare instructions we give you is your responsibility and is essential for good results.

Touch-ups are not included in the price of your service. A touch-up session costs $150 and is done about one month after your first session. We will schedule your touch-up appointment at the end of your first session.

7. REFUNDS

Because permanent makeup is a personalized service performed on your skin, services that have been performed are not refundable. If you have a concern about your results, please contact us so we can evaluate it and recommend the best next step.

8. MODEL APPOINTMENTS

Model appointments are offered at a reduced price and may be performed by advanced students under Ana's direct supervision. By booking a model appointment, you agree to this and to being photographed for educational purposes.

9. TRAINING COURSES

- Enrollment is confirmed once payment or the required deposit is received.
- Courses are offered in group or private 1:1 formats, as described on each course page. Group courses have limited spots.
- Course deposits are non-refundable.
- You may change your course date by contacting us directly by phone at +1 (689) 203-7311.
- Certificates are issued when the student completes the course requirements.
- All course materials, manuals, and videos are the property of Anabrowsmaker and are for the student's personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, or resold.
- Completing a course does not by itself grant a license to practice. Each student is responsible for meeting the licensing requirements of their state.

10. GIFT CARDS

Gift cards can be used for services and products as shown on our website. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

11. PHOTOS AND CONTENT

With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos of your procedure and use them on our website and social media. All content on this website, including text, photos, logos, and videos, belongs to Anabrowsmaker and may not be used without our written permission.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anabrowsmaker is not responsible for reactions or results caused by inaccurate health information provided by the client, failure to follow aftercare instructions, or circumstances outside our control. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
